Dignity Home Care Professionals only hires care aides with a demonstrated track record of dignified, high quality care and professionalism. Before hiring, each aide is thoroughly screened through interviews and questionnaires designed to gauge the candidate's fit with the company. If the decision is made to move forward with the candidate, a standard state certified background check is completed, as well as a TB screening. With a clean record, the caregiver then receives state mandated training and is certified for multiple scenarios that may arise while caring for our clients. Each aide is also fully insured in case of accidents or negligence.
You Are in Control
When you decide it is time to seek the assistance of a home care agency, nothing can be more frustrating than being told the kind of care you will receive. At Dignity Home Care Professionals, we make it abundantly clear by both word and deed that our home care aides are there to serve you. As a client, you maintain complete control of the services we provide.
Once hired, our manager or field supervisor will work with you to outline a detailed service agreement and pinpoint caregivers best qualified and able to provide the services requested. Throughout the duration of our time serving you, our manager or field supervisor will be available to meet with you to discuss changes in the care plan.
At Dignity, we think of our clients as part of our extended family. That's why we include each of them on our prayer calendar. Every morning when we arrive at the office, we check the calendar to see who is our prayer focus for the day. Birthday cards and other small gestures let our clients know that they matter to us.
